Warning Signs an Industrial Pump Needs Service

Rising vibration, changing noise, and creeping bearing temperature are the classic early indicators. Any of them trending in the wrong direction is worth an inspection.

Loss of flow or discharge pressure at the same speed usually means internal clearances have opened up, the impeller is worn, or suction conditions changed.

Seal weeping that becomes a steady drip is not a wait-and-see item. Seal failures rarely stay contained to the seal.

Tell us what failed, and we'll tell you what it takes.
